THE ONE HOUR PHOTO CHALLENGE

At Wednesday’s meeting we did something a little different. We challenged ourselves to capture an alternative view of Athlone.

We convened at the club and, over a cup of tea and a few chocolate Kimberlys, some creative ideas were thrown into the air.

• Architecture

• Traffic

• Street (taxi drivers…..kebab shops…….)

• People (in a shop or sneak into a pub for a glass of beer and get some moody shots)

• Get onto the roof of an iconic building in Athlone

• A shot from inside your car with the street lights streaking

• Some portraiture……mixing ambient street light with flash

• A train hurtling towards you.

The only rule was to go out, be creative and have fun.
